Well my first two dives were with SKYDIVEUTAH, my third dive was with SKYDIVE ZION
This is what it was...yes it scared the daylights out of me
The five of us had to leave Cedar at 5:15 in the morning to get down to Hurricane, UT. I figured it would be like my other dives and we would be out of there by seven or eight at the LATEST. Boy was I wrong, we drove into the airport and we saw this little shack, and I thought...oh great we are going to die- when Rick stepped out to greet us (Rick was our dive partner) He is the only one that actually does the dives, and so its him and the pilot, and then someone to re-pack his parachutes. Three people and that was it...the plane we went in, well it fits 3 people tightly! so we all had to go one at a time, Doug decided he needed to go first because if not he would chicken out- after that we decided to go by experience. So Doug jumped at 7, Sam at 8, Melanie at 9, Cody at 10 and then it was finally my turn to go...So I jumped at around 11-11:30
Cody and Doug on the ride down to the airport
I got to do flips out of the plane, and I did did all of stuff myself, I had to check what altitude I was at while falling and make sure that I checked my rip cord, and then I had to pull my rip cord and then guide us down to landing- well I passed my level and so my next dive can actually be SOLO! (however I was only suppose to check my rip cord 3 times and then pull it...I checked mine 5 times and then pulled it...I guess I needed to make sure it was really there...) I loved this dive even though I really couldn't see out of the plane to acutally look at Zions...and I would much rather go in a bigger plane with more people- but this dive was definantly fun and I did still end up with the bruises to prove I went!

Oh please don't tell me that it was that old man that went with you... Well, I guess either way if he was your partner or if he were the pilot I would not trust him. What if he had a heart attack on you!?! Oh baby. I am just so glad that you are still alive!!!
