workie workie work work

So this week I have been staying in Cedar even though school is out, for work- I was suppose to get this week off, however one of my best friends, Kira it was her last week in cedar (we work together) and two people in the bakery got married (noone in the bakery likes them really anyway!) well i knew this was the busy season so i decided i'd get some extra hours in and work this week before christmas! Monday I started a new job of kneading...it doesn't seem hard...however kneading 550 loafs of bread does make you quite tired, and then to wake up the next morning at the buttcrack of dawn and knead 450 more just is a TON of bread! well that was all good and i was able to make sandwiches those days too so i got a few hours in, well it was thursday and i didn't knead, I was just a sandwich person, we were SO busy and we had no extra help, well Kira decided to come help me so i wasn't so backed up, well i have no heart apparently...cuz i don't cry when i cut onions, Kira asked me to cut the onion I said sure well we cut the onions on a meat slicer...well needless to say i'm not quite tall enough to see the top of the meat slicer...so what did i do? i cut it without my stool (ok crate box...) well i was cutting and all of the sudden what happens? I yell SON OF A...and i slice a chunk of my hand off in the meat slicer! my bosses wife was right there and everyone knew exactly what i had done, well needless to say i felt horrible because we were already behind and people were helping me catch up...and what do i do go and take a chunk of my hand off in the meat slicer- there was nothing to sew up so no point in going to the hospital for stiches- the bleeding finally stopped around five when i got cut around one, yes yes i was the one to actually get cut by the slicer when everyone is afraid of doing it! today it hurts SO bad- I was a kneader again this morning and well where the cut is is right where you knead- lucky for me i found the most amazing band-aids ever! they don't come off, and they are fun! gotta love the waterproof princess tattoo band-aids! they are amazing!!! i was glad though cuz today i was able to get nine hours in for work! next paycheck is gonna be awesome! yes sorry random, thats the newest thing in my life lately- if i'm not in school then i'm at work!
